NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Crystals, jewelry, and altar items
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable, flammable, or hazardous items
  • Tiktok Live Orders placed via website or PayPal


CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD



Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after delivery confirmation will be contested with:


  • Carrier delivery confirmation
  • Signature records (when applicable)
  • IP and order verification
  • Store policies and checkout agreements



Filing a false chargeback after delivery constitutes fraud and may result in permanent banning from future purchases and report to FTC.
